1.FLUSH

The key to removing odours and stains is dilution. Whoever locates the spill needs to remove any solids and pour plenty of water on the affected area.  The spill needs to be FLUSHED with at least 1 litre of water.

2. ABSORB

Soak up the bulk of the stain and excess water with an absorbent cloth towel.

3. RECORD

Record the location and nature of the spill in your Duplex Spills Management Booklet.  You can download a copy of the booklet from here.

4. DUPLEX

When the cleaner arrives at the facility, they should check your Duplex Spills Management Booklet.  Your cleaning staff simply have to use a Duplex floor scrubber to clean the flushed spills and treat the stain affected area.  This will eliminate any remaining odours and stains trapped within the floor surface.
