• Attach the triangle swivel tool to a Duplex steam machine  
• Clamp on a microfiber or cotton cloth to the triangle swivel tool
• Run the tool over the mattress and surrounding areas (carpet, curtains etc.) 
• The steam alone will kill the bugs in all stages (eggs to adult).
